Hi i worked at Sears and had a good interview he said he will call me in a week if i get the job, that was tuesday 19th,its monday 25th (memorial day), so when should i expect a call? or does he mean business days?
does hiring manager mean a week in business days?

No, he meant a week in calendar days. Give it until Friday because of the holiday weekend though. Then move on if no call.
